Barnes was part of the Colorado delegation for ACTE in advocating for career and technical education funding and programs in discussion sessions with Senators and Congress members. Career and technical education and many education onramps to top jobs is a bi-partisan issue in Washington to make the U.S. have better college and career outcomes.
